Thanks, missjane. This will be entering into new territory for me. I've measured food before and I watch to make sure I get enough protein, but I've never paid any attention to calories (other than one time when I was constantly starving on a doctor-provided diet and realized that 1800 calories was what I was actually eating instead of the recommended 2000-2100 (I was pregnant)).

Learning new things is always a good thing, I suppose. Thanks for you help.
