Default Swiss Ball Crunch

Should I do these with a dumbbell or something to increase intensity? I feel like they are too easy to do alone.

Ah, that makes sense. I'm gonna try the crunch with the 25 lb. weight to my chest next time. Thanks!

Also, make sure you are really using your abs. The swiss ball crunches can feel very easy, when one is really using the hips to lift.
