Default Daily Cal Intake and Cardio

Hi! I'm really excited because I just started Stage 1 of NROL4W. I am just very confused on what my calorie goals should be for when I lift, do cardio, and rest. I made it so that I eat 1900 cals on lifting days, 1700 on cardio days, and 1500 on rest days. Is this right or not? I am 5"4 and weigh 144 lbs. I know I can go by how I feel and if I am getting stronger, but the scale still is some indication. I feel like when I was eating more (2000 on lifting and 1800 non-lifting) that I wasn't losing weight. Also, I am confused on how much and when I should do cardio in conjunction with lifting weights. I see some people do cardio after lifting, some do it on the days they aren't lifting, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
