Default just curious about the book

im not doing this, but say I just wanted to concentrate on food and not exercise. or at least only do cardio. once again, i'm not doing this and I do the calculations (even used the spreadsheet someone put on there website). it says on non workout days I have to eat about 1300 calories. I thought this was considered low and people dont recommend this low? lets just say I was a little over bmi and needed to lose some weight.

I would recommend googling "bmr calculator" - it's a good indicator of calories you should consume based on your age, height, weight, gender and activity level. The numbers it gives me are pretty close to what this book gives me.
