Default Stage 5

Hi - I'm doing Stage 5 and I feel like I am standing around resting more than I am lifting. It only calls for 4 reps and 120 sec rest. Anyone else feeling this way?

Try lifting more. You should need most of the 120 seconds to recover.

I agree. It should be heavy enough that you can only finish 4 reps and then you'll need the recovery time.

To answer your question, yes, I felt like I was standing around quite a bit. But to echo previous posters, when you lift heavy enough, yes, you do need that recovery time. Stage 5 was definitely some long hours spent in the gym!
