Default question about stage 6 lat pulldowns

I'm starting Stage 6 on Saturday. Whoo hoo! I'd love to be able to do a chinup by the end, we'll see.

But, a question about the lat pulldowns - did you change your weight at all from workout to workout? Is the idea to go heavier as you progress through the workouts or is that rather impossible due to the shorter rest periods? I'd love to see some logs if you have them. Thanks!

The idea is to go as heavy as you are able to do and complete the reps prescribed.

I ended up bumping up 5lbs and then back down again. For the final AMRAP I was able to do 11 reps straight through at that weight (90lbs).

I was able to do much more weight in Stage 6 (95#) than in Stage 7 (80#) b/c of the low reps in Stage 6.
