mixed grip pulldown from Fat Loss 1 NROL?
Has anyone tried the mixed grip pulldown? I get the idea, I think. The inside grip is close in and the outside grip is out wide. Is that right? It feels like the inside grip is doing all of the work and I'm guessing that is right as you switch for the next set. But I'm not sure. And for the third set, I do half the reps one way and the other half the other way. Any help would be appreciated.
