If you need a copy of the exercise picture and instructions, how about photocopying those pages?

That's what I did so that I wouldn't have to take my book to the gym.

I made Excel spreadsheets and I actually bring the book along. I made spreadsheets for each stage of the program.... works good. Some people do look when they see me with a book - but I really don't care.

I took pictures with my cell phone - and then rearrange them in a Word document as needed. I can print them on 1/2 side of sheet of paper and it fits perfectly into my regular commercial log (it's called "I will get fit this time" - I hate the title but love the layout. I covered the front and it actually comes with stickers to cover the spine).

The spreadsheet is good, but confused about one thing. down on the bottom with the -300 cal deficit section it says for FAT LOSS. I thought you could eat at mainteance and with exercise (such as TNROLFW) still lose fat by building muscle? actually boook recommends trying to eat at maintenance at first.

not sure if I shouldput this question in a new post or not
