Default 2 days, 2 workouts

I just found out that I'm out going tonight so can't do my workout. My next workout is scheduled for Sunday then the following one is Wednesday. Can I move tonight's workout to tomorrow morning then do my usual Sunday lunchtime workout? Just this once?

I would not do 2 workouts in one day. Things are going to come up. That's life. Just pick up with your next workout as soon as your schedule allows.

I meant one workout on Saturday and one workout on Sunday, not 2 in one day.

Yeah, you'd be ok. If a program isn't designed to be done as such, it's an issue to do it often, but here and there ain't gonna kill you. Just don't do more than 2 in a row.

Yep, its okay. I've done it before, although I wouldn't want to do it except occasionally. And I agree - no more than 2 days in a row!
