Default Bored

I'm on Week 2 of Stage 4 and I'm getting bored with this program because it's the same at Stage 2.... plus I feel that the ab workouts are not as challenging and have been tweaking this part quite a bit. Anyone feeling the same? Did anyone actually take a break from the program, do something else then come back to whatever stage they left off?

I got pretty bored with stage 5. But I just kept telling myself it was only a few more workouts and kept going. For the abs are you doing the more advanced version listed in the book? Like for the crunches on the ball hold a dumbell with your arms extended over your head?

You could always just skip right to stage 6. The workouts are much shorter but challenging.

I got bored too, but I stuck it out and was very happy to get to Stage 6. With the ab exercises, I just kept adding more weight held overhead, and it was challenging. For the reverse crunches I did them with a medicine ball between my knees or on an incline bench.
