Default Working on Stage 3....How much weight to use?

I'm just wondering if some people can share how much weight you are using at stage 3? I'm not sure if I'm doing too little? If I am supposed to increase all the time what is a realistic goal?

Thanks.

Only you can know what is challenging for YOU. Everyone is different.

The guideline in the book is that for the lower rep workouts you want to feel like you can't do any more reps at the end of a set. Stage 3 is only 6 reps so try to choose weights that really challenge you.
