Default My gym is closed on Memorial Day...can I switch to Sunday?
Hi all,

I just saw a notice that my gym will be closed on Monday 5/25 for Memorial Day. Problem is I do my three workouts on MWF. Can I do one of the workouts on the Sunday before and proceed with the next on Wednesday?

absolutely! Sometimes I lift on MWF. Other times it's MWSa. Sometimes TuThSa. Or SuTuTh. I have a life I need to work around!
