Default no lat pulldown machine

I'm just about to start stage 1 of NRLW and don't have access to a lat pulldown machine. What can you use instead? thanks!

Substitutions are suggested in the book. Isn't it a pullover?

It is, although it's not a great sub, and can be an issue for some people's shoulders.

Better would be negative pullups or assisted pullups (or pullups if one can do them).

If you search there are other suggestions as well.
