I think it's also about trying different positions with your hands and feet to find what's best for you.

Default Rippetoe deadlift article

Wow! Is that similar to how he wrote his book? If so, I gotta get that. He did an awesome job of describing the mechanics of the deadlift.

Hey everyone! Start NROL4W about a month ago. Got discouraged when I couldn't complete all of the sets; I told my husband that it was impossable to complete that many sets/reps with challenging weight even he told me that I was on my own and crazy for following the workout. I read soooo wrong... I was doing the entire page of workouts, 108 reps of each exersize to be exact. I was dead for 2 weeks so I quit. I took another look at the book and starting researching the workouts online and am starting the program again tonight!! HAA Are my blonde roots showing?
