Default Really sore hip joints

I have just finished stage 2 and will be doing the extra sessions this week. However, before beginning stage 3, can anybody tell me if their hips ever hurt? I feel 90, not 45. I used to lift years ago, but still...my hips hurt so badly after working out, I turn over in bed grunting. I have been waking up my husband! I am seeing a chiropractor and getting adjustments, massages, and doing daily stretches. I took this week off from squatting and only go to spinning class 2x this week, and my hips aren't tight, stiff, and sore. It has been so bad that I can't bend over, squat (with great difficulty); and am unable to pick an item up off the floor. My chiro thinks it is arthritus, but I disagree. If I don't work out, my hips are fine. Could this be extremely tight hip flexors from cycling, or improper squatting technique (either my knees are over my toes, too tight toe gripping?). The pain is located in the back area of the hip joint, more in the glute area, not the side hip joint.

Chances are your aren't warming up properly and need to get a good program for that. If you don't warm up for those kinds of lifts it can be painful!

I would get Maxium Strength. You can mix the warm up with NROL
