Well, I'm sitting here at the puter wasting time so I uploaded my log spreadsheets for anyone who owns the book and wants a different way to keep track of their workouts. You can see that I have organized my sessions linearly. For each stage there is a page one for w/o A and a page two for w/o B. I staple them together and bring both to the gym with me. I write the date in next to the session number, fill in the weights and reps (if different than proscribed) in the boxes under the reps column.
Okay, I feel really stupid. I am so grateful for this forum as I am starting the NRL4W on Monday. I would love to get the spreadsheets but can't figure out the password. Tried cutting and pasting and retyping but it didn't work. What am I missing? Can anyone help me out?
Brainfart is such a great word! LOL! I didn't realize I had to get the word from the book. I thought I had to paste what was written in newdawn's post under "password:" My kingdom for a brain! Thanks missjane.
Thank you so much for taking time to do create these and share them. I've been using Stage 2, and just the act of printing out the Stage 3 logs feels like a milestone.
Hi, I just printed off your log, it is way more tidy than my sweaty scribbly pages I wrote out at the gym!
I've been doing the Goddess workout and am starting phase 2 on Wed. I am both excited and terrified at the same time! I am going to get to the gym nice and early before everyone gets there to watch in wonder as I try it for the first time!

I have made the modification of adding the page # of the required exercise, in case that particular brain cell is not working on the day I need to do the move. Anyway, I am ready to start Stage 6 and want to download your log, but page 153 in my book doesn't have a C2, so I can't figure out what the password should be. My 153 is Workout B and only has A1-3 and B1&2. Am I missing something?

In the hard cover book, it was sequenced incorrectly. What should have been B2 shows C2. So try the word from B2.
