Default Body Weight Matrix

Killer! This was the hardest thing I've done in NROL yet. Much harder than any of the lifting or the intervals. My legs were wobbly and shaking and I'm sure I'll be very sore tomorrow. My knees may also hurt. But obviously this is the weakest aspect of my fitness so I need it. Damn.

That's the least favorite part of the program for most people!

I despised it at first but reveled in it once I got my time down.
Loathsome while you're doing it, then a real sense of accomplishment afterward. Kind of like childbirth. : )

I think it's the hardest exercise thus far as well. When I started out, I looked at the picture, horrified by the jumping lunges!

That said, I felt pretty good when i finished them!

Now I do not feel so bad. today was my first day, and I thought that I was going to die. It was the hardest thing that I have done yet with this workout, and did not think I would be able to do the second set, but I did it and felt better about myself for it.

I was not as sore today as I thought I'd be from the BW Matrix. Not only that, but, knocking on wood, my knees don't seem to have suffered as I feared they would (from impact exercise) I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I'm actually looking forward to trying it again. What is wrong with me???

This definitely has been the hardest thing for me by far. I completed both my sets, but I'm really hoping I can improve my form on the lunge jumps. It was almost impossible for me to get my leg parallel. That wore me out!

Guess what? Yesterday I did the 3rd BWM. Wow, I've shaved 90 seconds off the time and now I can do all 24 squat jumps without stopping, rest a few seconds, then do all 24 lunge jumps! Not only that, but NROL4W has vastly improved my knees. I expected to not be able to do the plyometrics b/c when I've done them in the past in classes I've had so much knee pain in the following days...not now!
