I found a thread where you explained how week 1, week 2 A, B and all of that get tracked. That was really confusing to me! I e-mailed your explanation to my home e-mail. Thank you!

Default I'm so sore

Yah, I did workouts A & B labeled 1 for my fist workout and workout A & B labeled 2 for my second workout. I can barely walk, now I see why.
