Default stage 6?

Another thread reminded me of my question: I'm about mid-way through stage 5 and I've been trying to decide whether to do stage 6 or skip it and move on to stage 7.

For those of you who have been through this, did you do stage 6 or not? Are you happy about your decision?

I LOVED stage six and never would regret going through it! I loved the change of exercises and format, and I really did progress strength-wise. Was even able to do 20 chinups by the end! (I think I started out that stage being able to do 6, but I'm not quite sure without looking it up.)

I'm like Celeste, I loved stage six. I saw some pretty good strength gains too. Not quite 20 chinup gains (that's so impressive, BTW Celeste), but gains nonetheless.

Stage 6 was by far my favorite. Don't skip it!

I just did Stage 6 Workout A this morning and really liked it. I particularly liked the fact that it took me only 30 minutes, instead of close to 90 for Stage 5!

I was able to complete 3 negative chin-ups without any problem, and I can still move my arms. I was really dreading trying this, assuming I wouldn't be able to do them, but it was great! I can't wait to see how I progress through the next 9 workouts in this Stage.

I also really liked Stage 6, mostly because it was something different.
