Default Rapid Fat Loss Stage 7

I was re-reading some of the book last night. I just finished stage 1 so I have awhile before I even need to think about this, but I noticed that he said "If you are interested in rapid fat loss, skip stage 6 and go straight to 7..." So, my question is: Will I still get "rapid fat loss" in stage 7 if I do stage 6 first, or is there something magic about going from stage 5 to stage 7 that creates rapid fat loss? I'm guessing he just meant that if you're in a hurry to lose the fat, then skip 6 but otherwise you can do 6 and then 7 and still get the fat loss. I know this sounds dumb, but I just want to make sure. Thanks!

What you said....but, you still need to be on top of your diet in ANY of the stages to experience said fat loss.

I agree. I experienced a good loss in all stages when my diet was good, and gains when it was bad. I'm halfway through Stage 7 now (one week to go), so I can't say for sure, but it seems like my losses are similar (and so is my diet). And I did stage 6, FWIW.

Ok, thanks. I'm not expecting "rapid fat loss" anyway, because that just sounds kind of hokey. But, wanted to make sure I wasn't missing some magical equation in there. Thanks!
