ok back from stage 2 #1
i cant do the front squat push press with a oly bar! I tried and a few things happened i was having trouble holding the bar and trying to find the right place to put in my hands ..rolling it. it was also tuff on my wrist. And i couldnt press it. so i grabbed a regular strait bar of 30# and it felt so much bettter was able to get my elbows up and roll it down to my fingers or what ever and then really push it up to a press! do think this is ok for now? anyone else have this problem at first? am i do it incorrect maybe? thanks
