Default HIIT after stage 2, workout B

I'm confused about this....are you supposed to do interval training immediately after workout B? It doesn't seem like you'd have the energy and I've always read that you aren't supposed to do HIIT on the same days you lift?

Yes, it is immediately after the Stage II workout B.

Assuming that you use the rest times you will likely find the second half of the workout a bit slower. The three D exercises and the Prone Cobra I always felt were so you would have the energy for the HIIT. Good luck.
