Default ? about step-ups

Sorry if this has already been asked...On stage 1 I'm confused about whether you're supposed to do 15 on the left, then 15 on the right, then the alternate exercise, and repeat. Or...15 left, alternate exercise, 15 right, alternate exercise, done. In other words...is it going to end up being 15 total reps for each leg, or 30 total for each leg? Thanks!!

You do 15 on each side for a total for 30. I did one leg first and went right to the other to complete the set.

Ok, so that's 15 total for each leg? Sorry...I'm slow this morning! And I'm assuming it's the same for lunges? 15 total on each leg? Thanks!!

Yes. But it's your choice whether you do all one leg then the other, or just alternate legs. Easier with some exercises than others.
