Okay, so my general observation of the video:
I have taught her to set up for each rep by first pushing back with her ass, then sitting back. You can observe this watching the video. She stabilizes, pushes back, then sits back. This is what I consider to be correct technique. Now, she is a beginner so it looks very robotic. As she becomes more advanced it will get much more natural and much smoother.
You can also observe a lot of leg drive with very low extension of the upper back. So we have a couple of things to consider. a) bad technique and/or b) weak thoracic spine. So the game plan is to increase upper back strength. So, that being said, extra work on the lower and mid trap and rhomboids.
You can see this b/c her hips are rising rapidly but her elbows are not rising as quickly.
Video is a great medium for correction. I would encourage anyone with the capability to video some of their lifts, this gives you so much feedback even if you have a coach. A coach cannot slow the movement down frame by frame unless he has video, so obviously this gives you a much better perspective of what is happening under the bar.
