Starting Stage 2 next week and don't want to give up my squats!!
I am starting stage 2 next week (finally) and I really don't want to give up my heavy squats. I know that sounds crazy but I have really progressed in weight during stage 1.
Will I lose that strength I gained during stage 2?
I don't remember doing squats again until Stage 6 (and then I switched to front squats). I don't think you'll lose any strength though. I know I was definitely stronger by that point.
Thats what I thought. The body probably needs a break from them anyway! I am really getting the form down and squatting heavier and lower than ever before and just want to keep going!!
