Default Grip Stregnth

I started Workout B of Stage 1 today. I had a bit of trouble with deadlift form, but I read the forums and think I can do better next time. The main issues I had were with grip strength both on the deadlift and especially on the lunges. What should I do to increase my grip strength? How should i cope until I have increased this strength?

Get some lifting straps so that the working muscles can progress. Add in some grip work.

This page will help get you started:

Get yourself some nails from Ironmind and learn to bend. After two months you won't worry about grip anymore. Sounds strange, I know, but I believe they have nails small enough for women to start with. It's seriously fun and it freaks people out lol.
