Default how long does the program take?

I just finished Stage 1. How long will it take to complete the entire program, assuming I work out twice a week?

At 2x/week you have:

4 weeks for Stage 2
4 weeks for Stage 3
4 weeks for Stage 4
4 weeks for Stage 5
5 weeks for Stage 6
3 or 6 weeks for Stage 7

That doesn't include any rests you may choose to take between stages.
