Hi All!
I just did my first workout today. I LOVED it- it hurt so good! I am debating also starting the
Couch-to-5k program. I know that this is really individual, but is this an acceptable thing to do on my rest days, if I alternate walking with very mild jogging? Or should I do the C25k workouts on the same day as my NROLFW workouts? I don't want to overtrain.
Any thoughts?
