Default Clarification on jackknife on swiss ball

Hi,
I just started the workouts and I'm confused as to whether this exercise is suppose to be prone or pike. When I'm searching I see videos of both. Or do you start off with the prone and advance to a pike?
Thanks for your help!

Just to clarify terminology, prone means face down. It's the opposite of supine, which means face up. I'm pretty sure you're asking about a tuck and a pike, both of which are prone.

You'd start with the tuck movement, which is a bit easier to perform, and progress to the pike movement. It sounds like you've already found the other threads where we discussed the jackknife. I know Natalia put up some good videos of the pike movement.

Thanks Lisa. Not having done these before, it's helpful to have a place to seek clarification.
