Well I finally started, after reading this forum and waiting for the book to arrive. Everything went well until the prone jack knife, i couldnt do a single one! I kept falling off, so managed to pull off a few push ups and that really worked my abs. I havent done a lot of weight work before, only stuff in circuit classes and on machines, so I was surprised by how much my abs are feeling it after doing multi joint compound exercises. I love this book, its a real challenge. and this forum is great, with everyone being really supportive to each other and complete beginners like myself
I just started last week, and even though I had been exercising and done weight training before, I was really sore all week. After the third workout the pain eased and I feel much better this week.
thanks for the support, its now the day after and although Im sitting down at the desk job, I can really feel a good ache at the top of my pecs, and a bit in the abs, but not anything in the legs, which means either my legs are stronger than I think or the weight wasnt heay enough.. Im looking forward to workout 1 B now, too see where that hits me
