Default New here and question

Hi,
My name is Erin. I just started NROL4W today. I'm going on vacation from June5-11 and will not be able to do the workout. When I come back, do I need to start all over, or pick up where I left off? BTW, I weigh about 135, I'm 5'5" and would like to lose about 10 lbs... Thanks in advance!
Erin

Best to evaluate that when you get back. If you feel fine, (I mean, it is only a week off), then keep going. If you feel like you lost ground, then backtrack a bit.

Erin -- I'm in the same boat. I am planning to take the week off and then start as if I am just starting (so extending Phase 1 by about 2 weeks). I figure it will be not unlike expanding Phase 1 to 8 weeks instead of 6, which is an option that is discussed in the book. I really want to give it a solid 6 weeks without breaks but I also wanted to get started.
