Wow really? Time sure does fly doesn't it?
Favorite is the deadlift. I LOVES that one. Or maybe rack pull.
Least fav is probably step ups. They are painful and somewhat boring......

I love anything with an Oly bar. Really! It's funny to recall how intimidated I was by it when I first started this. Oh how far I have come.
I don't like YTWL's. I "try" not to hate them and keep a positive mindset. But I feel like such a dork at the gym struggling with my tiny 5lbs dbs. Oh yeah and the way the benches are set up I get to face the whole weight room with my butt in the mirror.

Fave weight? I'd have to say hang cleans (but I'm still in the honeymoon stage with them so it may very well change).
Least fave weight? Any of the little moves, persnickety things, like YTWL-type of stuff.

I'm not officially in the challenge, but...
Love DL's, FSPP, 1-arm DB snatch... anything "macho" and fun that uses my whole body.
I HATE planks, YTWL, prone cobra, and BODY WEIGHT MATRIX (or maybe that's a love/hate thing?)

I'm not in the challenge either, but I love the 1-arm dumbbell snatch and the 1 point dumbbell row. Hate step ups, planks, cobra. I get bored on these, which makes it easy to slack on them.
Also a love...chin ups and negatives.

Like nutbar, I hate the "persnickety" exercises. Things like the side flexion & prone cobra. I feel like there are other things I could be doing with my time that would result in greater adaptations.
Squats are my favorite. I miss them.

Likes: Squats, deads, push ups, military press, bench press, prone jackknife, and any lunge type/split squat stuff - I like feeling the burn in my legs.
Dis-likes: one armed OH squat, YTWL, prone cobra
