My wife (CQ) competed in her first powerlifting event. She did great, but her DL was awesome--she hit 215lbs, 225lbs and 230lbs across the three lifts. I'm very proud of her hard work the last 5 months:
*embarrassed* Thanks to the NROL4W program--I made incredible strength gains that I never thought possible over the last 6 months. And had tons of fun too! I'm on stage 4 going on stage 5 now and have gotten lazy about logging it on here

Thanks! I just updated the log and definitely am planning to regularly do so, especially when I hit the cutting phrase. My workouts have been rather slack lately
