Default Stage 2 interrupted

I was 4 workouts into stage 2 when a series of life events got in the way. 4 weeks later, I'm ready to hit the gym again. Can I start where I left off, or should I back track to stage 1 or start over at stage 2?

Thanks for your help!

This question is asked all the time. It's up to you. Me? I'd start S2 over or maybe even S1 after a month away.

I like stage 2 exercises better, but I feel like I've lost a lot of strength. I guess I'll know in a few hours!

is there a thread with discussion? Thanks!

after a month you'll likely see lower weights. Restart the stage, just to be able to use the part you've already done as a new break in. I don't think you need to start at stage 1, unless you find stage 2 too tough when you do try it.
