Alwyn doesn't specify any cardio in Stage 6, which I know is the strength building stage and too much cardio can hinder muscle growth. Should I lay off the cardio in stage 6 or would you recommend lighter cardio?
I'm planning on doing considerably lighter cardio in stage 6--I'll be replacing HIIT with the dog in the morning with slow steady pace jogging. The idea behind it is to not get my heart-rate up too much but still get the dog out. That might all change when I get to stage 6 though--I'm starting Stage 5 tomorrow, so I have a while to think about it still.
