Default Bonus workouts for Stage 1

Hi there,
I finally got my book! Cant wait to start. Question on the bonus workouts...are they done after each workout, or only at the end of the 16 weeks? I wasnt clear.

by bonus do you mean the AMRAP workouts? If so - they are done after you finish all of stage 1 - 2 additional workouts - 1 A and 1 B .

Ok, so for 6 weeks, I will do AMRAP each time I workout correct? After my very last rep.

man, I must have said that badly.

No - you complete all of stage 1 - all the workouts over however many weeks it takes.

Then, on your next workout day you do workout A exercises, 1 set each to AMRAP. then on the next workout day you do workout B with AMRAP.
