Default lower back of iron

So tonight I was talking to my DH in the kitchen, and put my hands on my lower back, and all of a sudden I stopped hearing anything he said. All I could think was wow, my lower back muscles are haard! I've been touching them all day haha! Does anyone else starting stage 3 feel this phenomenon?

hey nancy, I am in stage 5, and I have noticed that all of my larger muscles feel harder, especially my quads.

Mine definitely feels harder, but I more notice the fact that there isn't much fat there anymore, which makes me feel a lot slimmer overall.

Stage 3 is where you start doing the back extensions, right? You're also doing the prone cobras and planks.. Isn't it great to see all the hard work paying off?

I'm only just finishing stage 1, but I've noticed an enormous difference in my quads especially, and my shoulders. Now I finally understand what this "hard body" stuff is about. Kind of embarrassing, but at 45, it's better than never knowing at all!!! My body is actually...hard...and when I walk my legs don't jiggle!
