Default Hip pain from Romanian Deadlift/bent over row.

For the second time I hurt my hip/lower back while doing a romanian deadlift/bent over row. I also did it once, but not as badly a while ago. Would this be because my form is off? Or could it be too heavy for me?

I'm on level and I hurt it on my first set today to where I couldn't continue to workout. Should I try again later, or tomorrow? Or should I wait a few days? What is the best thing to do to avoid injury? Thanks.

Are you keeping your back arched?

I examined my form just now, and it seems I tend to hunch or round my back at the top/shoulder area, which seems is preventing me from arching my back. So that is what my problem is? When I arch my back and straighten my upper back it doesn't feel "natural". The book always says keep the natural arch in your back. I guess that is what throws me off, I expect it to feel natural, but it won't will it?
