Smile newbie to forum

Hi everyone, Im an Aussie living in the UK, but posting on a US forum.. I have been searching for a way to lift weights that is tailored to women and came across this book when it was mentioned on a uk forum. I have ordered the book and am lunging at the door when I get home to see if it has been posted. the uk has this weird thing where your post box is a slot in the front door, whereas oz had a mail box at the end of your drive. anyways, Im 35, 5'11 and weigh 167. Id like to be around 143 and am hoping the NROLW and a clean diet will help. Im concerned though that the people I hang out with, family and friends dont think too much about their health or diet, so this forum will really help to read about other women out there being healthy and focussed. cant wait for this bloody book to arrive, so i can flail around like fish doing the jack knifes..
