Default TIWTIWGD

There I was, thought I was gonna die... on the jumping alternating lunges. Sheesh. I was lucky to finish at all at 3:15, though my second attempt at 2:36 was a little more respectable. I have to say the squats looked more like anguished knee bends at the end though. And the lunges quickly degenerated into jumping reverse lunges.

The leg matrix IS evil. And Natalia is from another planet.

hehehe! My sentiments exactly! By the time I get to the lunge jumps I am in baaaad shape. lol I've actually been thinking that maybe I need to do an extra week of Stage 3 cause I'm having such a hard time with that whole matrix. Who knows...but yeah, the matrix is evil and Natalia is some body matrix other worldly goddess! lol
