Default I would like your opinion.

Hi all,
I've finished Stage 1 this week and would like to start Stage 2 as soon as I get better (got some stomach issues, anyway..). However, I will be traveling for almost four weeks (in Europe) and am worried the hotel gyms won't have good enough equipment for this program. So, my question is would you continue with the program or do different workouts (a lot of body weight etc.) and continue Stage 2 when back from the trip?
Thanks guys.

Getting the type and consistency of equipment might be iffy. Nothing wrong with just "playing" in the gym or wherever you find yourself for a workout. You can always CrossFit or MacGyver it

Hmm, if you're backpacking, you could to do some squats with your backpack on your back. Haha. Maybe not.

I dunno, if it were me, I'd probably come up with a circuit of bodyweight exercises to do in the mornings, and rely on the fact that I'd be walking a lot (that's Europe for you). Then I'd jump back in with Stage 2 when I got back.

Just be careful - the chocolate is way better over there...that was always my downfall.

Ha, I guess I could squat with my suitcase overhead, but am not sure I could handle it (my bags are always way too heavy)

Yeah, I think I will do different workouts and continue with Stage 2 when I get back.

I actually have been living in Europe for a couple of years and am European, but will be back in California soon enough. You are right the chocolate here is delicious!!

Well, I am not sure about the MacGyver thing. I guess I could give the CrossFit a shot.
