There's been a lot of talk about food lately
I was browsing stumptuous and came across this article: Time to Eat. (it wasn't hard to find since it's on the main page...) I thought it was interesting and, since there's been a lot of talk about food and macros and whatnot lately, I thought I would share.

I like tying a chicken leg to a piece of 3" string & dangling it from the chin-up bar. That way I have even more of an incentive to get some additional height.
