Thanks, Jamie ! I'm hoping for bigger changes the next two months.
LadyNoir, your shoulders look great!
Wendy, that's wonderful! I don't think the camera shows all my changes either, especially in my arms where I can see and feel the much-improved definition.
I see changes in everyone, so let's all keep up the good work!

So, I vote that the next challenge we have we agree to not post half-naked pics of ourselves on the internet!!

I think I'm backsliding....I've transitioned to TNT, and I'm not sure it's going in the right direction, but I'm only two weeks in.

I totally agree ! (I really hate having clothed photos taken of me, so this is practically torture for me .)
Edited to add that I agree with Amblus, too, and can see changes in all of us.

Oh, it keeps me accountable, but I really don't see any visible changes in the pics. On the other hand when I look at my body in the mirror I definitely see changes. So, posting half naked pics of myself...meh. I could leave it.

See, I do see changes in your pics. But I am the same way, I don't notice the differences untill someone else points them out.

I'm the opposite.....I can appreciate my changes more in the pictures. I still cringe when I look at myself in the mirror getting out of the shower most mornings.

Actually I see pretty significant changes (in the grand scheme of things) in your pics. You are to be commended on your journey. I think the most valuable thing in us posting our pics is that it gives the "viewers" a very realistic picture of what the journey of body comp change is like. When you look on so many different sites and see these body transformations of some fat person into this lean body builder in 12 weeks it becomes the paradigm that we expect. This is perhaps the reason why we are down to 17 or 18 people from more than 50 when we started.
What I see here is that we all have these changes that are shockingly small. That is when you compare them to these amazing transformations that you see on these fat loss sites. And then I see that my transformations seem small month by month but year by year they are HUGE and day by day I learn to feel better about myself and to love the body that I am in. I don't know if I could have come to this place without seeing that you all have the same success rate as I do. So post away those half nekid pics girls and do it so that everyone can see that it doesn't happen overnight for anyone. It is a slow and steady climb that is wrought with all sorts of adventure and troubles but so very worth the view at the top.

I am very happy about how I look right now. especially in the full length mirrors in the gym--I look very muscular and athletic. I definitely still see the body fat, but mostly I see muscular and athletic! a very good thing! weightlifting rules!

I think you all show great progress. I suspect even though you may not see much in the month to month at times, but in the grand scheme of things you will definitely finish off better than you started. And isn't that the point?

^^^ Agree. . . but had to speak up and say that some of us didn't drop out because of unrealistic transformations not being realized. Heck, I fell off the challenge wagon because of bad time-management and not being able to get my photos done and uploaded in time for the April deadline!

^^
I fell out because a family member had major surgery in March and this "challenge" became not in the top list of things to continue reporting against.
Nothing to do with expecations real or imagined.
