You girls all look faaaan-tastic!!! I posted my comments in individual logs and I am sooo totally jealous of your ability to suck it up and stick with it!!!
I’m not at all excited with my “progress” pics just because I don’t think I’ve improved this month, period. In fact, month 4 looks like month 2, and I went up in all measurements, too…But as Diane said, got to be honest with myself…plus I do want to stay in the challenge so here you go.

Now I feel like copying Tracey’s post with a huge “DIET” thing in it and putting on my fridge or something J I’m starting a fitday again, will copy and post it every frigging day in my log, feel free to stop by and tear it apart. I need it.

I can not find my black shorts with the green stripe anywhere so you get me in gray this month. Same exact style and size of shorts, just different color.

You gals look wonderful. I am feeling a little like my Girl, Sveta this month. I was doing good and then this past week went to hell. Just chalking it up to a bad week. I just need to keep myself accountable and get back into it. I've been keeping up with my workouts, it is the food issues again.
Miss Jane - You are smoking hot, my Lady! You are still my hero.
Tracey - You are shrinking, Darling. The change in diet this month has paid off, keep it up. You are very inspiring.
Natalia - You look wonderful, as always. So glad you stayed in the challenge.
Leah - I see big changes in your legs, too! You definitely look leaner. TNT seems to be working for you.
Bluefever - You are making big changes and you look great! You should be proud for sticking with this, because you are doing a great job.
Wendy - I miss you, Girl! Looking good, especially in the ab area. Nice work!
Sveta - I really do think you are looking leaner. Maybe something is wrong with my eyes, LOL. Glad you are sticking with the challenge.
And Diane - You look like a different person, you really do. I could go on and on and pick out all the changes, but you have to be able to see them. Major changes, for the good. Nice work!

Ok.

I don't feel like I made much progress this past month. I kept up with the workouts but wasn't as careful with my intake. I had a lot of "life" stuff come up. I'm thankful I at least didn't back slide, but this feeling of standing still is maddening too!

I'm also wavering on when I should start to cut. I was going to start this month but I'd like to gain more. People weren't kidding when they said gaining muscle is hard. So I'll just continue to keep doing what I am and reevaluate next month.

Current Stats
Weight 114.5 +2.5lbs
Waist 27 5/8" +1/8"
Belly 29 1/2 -6/8"
Hips 36 +2/8"
Thigh L 20 6/8" +3/8"
Thigh R 20 6/8" +"3/8"
Bicep L relaxed 10 1/8" +2/8"

Gardengirl you have wonderful progress showing!!! your posture is way improved on your side shot and You can really see a difference in your abdomen.

Ladynoir: your shoulders are fantastic. Your traps and your lats are showing nicely in your back shot. You definitely have improved your posture as well.

Wow, I can't believe how fast I am dropping weight right now. I swear if I at any time during this bulk period I went off my bulk diet for just one day the scale started moving. It seems this is happening again this week. Last week I hit the top of my bulk when I weighed in at 136.6 lbs. I started to cut yesterday by dropping my gainers and by adding some ss cardio to my game. I did a nice long run on Friday to kick off the fun. Also my workouts will be higher rep lower weight with some more tabatas and that sort of thing mixed in.

I made it to 136.6 at my highest and 126.6 was my start point. So in the past 3.6 months I gained 10 pounds. About 3.2 of that was fat from my best guess. I think I averaged around .5 lbs a week of lean muscle gain. This isn't amazing but it is a pretty cool thing considering where I started.
