Default I'll be done with stage I tonight...

Well I'm about to do workout B-8!! My last workout of stage one! I'm amazed to see how far I've come and how much strength and improvement I have made. WOW!! Now I have a question: You know in the book how we are supposed to do the "special" workouts...where we do as many reps possible with our beginning weight for the very first workout?? Do I do workout A on Thursday with that and then workout B on Sunday or do I do both of those in one day? Does that even make sense??

You do them separately, not on the same day. I hated those and would advise against doing them, but other people loved them, so to each her own I suppose, lol.

Why did you hate them Kara? I didn't love 'em, but I wouldn't say HATE... ?

And yeah - do them each as their own separate workout on 2 separate days, then take your rest week before starting the next stage.

I did my first Stage 2 workout today.

I did the AMRAP workouts and they kicked my butt! I didn't mind them, but I would rather do sets of lower reps instead of one giant set.
