Default New here, question about lat pull

I just started Stage 1 of NROL4W today and so far so good. My next workout will be on Wednesday and I'm not sure what to do about the lat pull. I'm working out at home (no gym membership, no money for one!), so I don't have a machine in order to do this. Is there an exercise that could replace it, or some way to do it without the machine?

I do have a resistance band that has a thing I can hook it over the top of a door and do it that way, of course that isn't quite the same as pulling on a weight and is limited in how far I could increase the difficulty. Now, my apartment complex has a small gym, which has the lat pull machine, but no free weights. So I couldn't do the entire workout in the gym. Would it be ok to do that one exercise at a separate time? Just not sure what the best option would be, thanks for any input!!
