Try my link several posts above.....

I'm chiming in late here and this is my first post

What I do for a PWO meal on the go is this.

I take 1 scoop of PP
1 Tbsp of Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding mix
Couple of packets of your favorite sweetner (I like Stevia)

I add this to a small round microwavable bowl.. (those small plastic ones that seem to be every where in the bottom of your cabinet work best)

I add water by the tablespoon just till I get it to the consistancy of paste. I then microwave it on high for 50 sec and when it's done you have a protien cake. Sometimes I add a tbspoon of peanut butter in with the mixture and other times I spread it on the top after I'm done cooking it.

More often then not I put these little suckers in a ziplock bag and they ride around all day with me in my purse. It will take a couple of days for them to start to spoil. They are great to travel with too.

Light Bulb moment!
This makes a LOT of sense to me; I use ready made sf/ff pudding in my post w/o shakes at home and don't need to add sweetener.

I shall try this! Thanks for sharing!

I don't have a Trader Joe's in my area. Can I purchase this online?
