My latest lower carb creation:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2 scoops vanilla whey
1 T natural peanut butter
1 oz liquid vitamin
1 oz glacial milk anti-ox
2 pkts splenda
Blend to milkshake consistency, a pulse type blender is a plus. Enjoy! :slurp!:

I don't have any specific recipes, but I tend to blend different ones together. I'm not a real chocolate shake fan, but I blend the chocolate one with fruit flavours and I really quite like them that way.
