Default Measuring & Outcomes

I lost 35 pds last year due to Weight Watchers & walking. I started to research about kicking it up and started doing a vareity of other things. I workout at a different level now. I do a full body workout 2 X's a week and I do cardo three times (depends on kids schedule). Last night my trainer used a caliper on me. I need some clarity on terms.
My body fat% is 11%, my lbs of body fat % was up at 19? from 14% - this does not make sense to me at all - can anyone explain.
My lbs of lean mass was down from 123 to 120.
When I lost weight on WW - I was down to 133 - trying to get to about 126 - 130. As of this am the scale was up to 141! I tell myself the scale should not matter ... but it does. I try to eat clean most of the time
Needless to say, I am in a fog as to what all this means - if anything! Also, I have a small chunky lower tummy - that won't go away. Not from having a baby - I think it is genetic - no matter what I do - I can't achieve a lower flat tummy ... any ideas?
Any input and advise - I would appreciate and thank you in advance!

If you are at 11% body fat at 141 pounds, this means you only have 15.51 pounds of fat on you. 11% is WAY lean. Can you post a pic?

I am work - but don't feel lean. My thighs and backside - feel thick - pants fit in waste but tighter in leg area. My husband told me I have no wiggle/giggle left! My trainer also told me he was in shock I was this lean - I believe the measurements were WRONG!

Calipers take a lot of experience to use properly... 11% for a woman is about as low as you could get - most figure and fitness competitors are around there... I suspect the measurements were wrong too, unless you're describing yourself inaccurately...
