Default Stage 4 - How many sets?

Don't give me options! Ack!

Seriously, does anyone have any advice on the reasons to choose 2 vs. 3 sets in Stage 4? Is it important to do the same # of sets for all exercises on a given day?

I'm taking a break after Stage 3 (I wasn't sure I'd take all the breaks, but I sure needed this one) and will start Stage 4 probably this Friday and I'd welcome any thoughts on this subject before I have to decide for the first time.

Thanks!

I did 3, but towards the end of the workout got lazy and did 2 sets of the last couple exercises. From there I worked up to doing all 3 sets of everything. In my opinion... just do as much as you can! :-)

I did three, nah, nah, nah!

Seriously, I don't like having options, either.

I asked the same question recently and was directed to one of the stickies above. Lou answers this very question in the "questions for the authors" thread.

Cliff's notes: It doesn't matter. Do what you want.

Thanks everybody. I've kind of given up on looking for answers in "Questions for the Authors", which is an obvious source of information - trouble is, I can't seem to figure out how to do anything but see the thread in order from first to last and that's just too much trouble for me... I'm not usually so technologically clueless!

The search feature works great, too, if you can't find an answer in the "Questions for the Authors" thread.
